This document is the National Ambulance Resilience Unit’s (NARU) Annual Business Plan and it focuses on Financial Year 2018-19.
It describes for all interested stakeholders, staff and the management team at NARU how we will continue to deliver and improve on the services provided. It focuses upon in-year development aligned to short-term and longer term steps within the framework of the Contract which ends in March 2019.
